[The screen fizzles to life rather suddenly, and it's fairly obvious that Minato wasn't expecting it. He's sitting on his bed, merely wearing a rather disheveled dress shirt and dress pants, staring at his left hand with a rather warm expression. If you look close enough, you might just see a glint of gold on his ring finger.

There's a moment of silence, which is soon broken as a young cat hops down from the table Minato's l337Pod was perched on. The cat hops up onto the bed next to Minato, sitting down and absently beginning to groom itself. Minato turns and absently begins stroking the cat's fur, ignoring the clearly displeased look the cat gives him.]

This applies for everyone, no matter what world you are from. This island sees enough violence as a result of the events, we have no reason to add to this because of our own personal problems.

Itachi-kun, I might not be able to come into work for a little while. I over exerted myself on the battlefield. Not enough rest combined with too many Soldier Pills really takes it out of you.

How many nights has it been? Four? I've lost track. I haven't gotten more than a few hours of sleep since the first night... But I did finally see Naruto.

My supplies are running dangerously low. If things keep going this way, I'll be out of Soldier Pills by tomorrow night. Right now, I think they're the only thing that has kept me moving. But I can't just lie down and take a rest... It's not who I am.

I've settled in fairly well since I arrived, but I have yet to meet my roommate. I got a job as a Ramen Chef at Succulent Sushi the other day. My first day at work is tomorrow.
